Leaving on a jetplane...

I know i'm a bit late to write this blog; but i just had all things done to write for ;)
As you know, i'm starting university this year, in Bursa. Actually, it was my last preference :P

I'll be studying at "Secondary School", which means, i'll have same lessons; but i'll go to school at evenings. This is because my point was just a lit lower than the normal school. But this will make my life more interesting i think :))

I'll study about "International Relations" which was my only aim.

Bursa; is 4th biggest city of Türkiye (Adana is 5th). And it's so close to the biggest cities. (İstanbul-Ankara-İzmir); but so far away from my dad and mum :)) You can see it better on the map:
The purple cross is where i'll be. Red = Mum. Blue= Dad. And the lines under the city names are, where my close friends go to university. I'm planning to visit them on weekends.
Unfortunately, there are no flights to there; so i have two choices to get there:

• 13 hours of bus
• Fly to İstanbul and go to Bursa by bus or ferry. [preferred :)]

We went to Bursa on 5th Sept. for registration. I can't say i liked Bursa; cos people were so religious and city was so damn expensive!

We looked for a good dormitory for 2 days, finally we found the most prefect one.

In all of the dorms, i was asking tv and internet facility, like this;

ME: Do you have internet at rooms?

Person: Yes

ME: TV?

Person: Yes

ME: With satellite?

Person: No

ME: Ok, bye!

:D

I'll stay alone in my room, but will share a kitchen and shower with one another person. She'll have her room near mine. It's kinda "apart". The dormitory has all rooms like that. Our kitchen is even bigger than our home's kitchen!! :D Kitchen also has cattle and TV with satellite! :D

I'll have internet connection in my room and i can host my friends in my room! Which was the reason i choosed that dorm. The dorm has its own cinema saloon, gym, restaurant and other stuff i can't remember ;)

At 7th, we were done with university & dorm stuff. I was planning to go TOOL concert in İstanbul that night. We didn't know how to go and return, but mum couldn't refuse me :)

We got on bus at 4 pm and COULD arrive to concert arena at 21:30!!! It was told the doors would open at 19 and concert would start at 21. Guess what??? It started on 21:41!!!!!!!!

HOW LUCKY I AM!!!!!!! :D

Can you guess how worried i was during the trip to concert area?? I thought i already missed it.. I even didn't have ticket; fortunately i could buy from there.

Concert was awesome, they didn't play my favo songs, but it was still ok.. I saw also celebrities in concert :D:D

Mum was waiting for me in a park, outside of the arena. We had no idea how to return to bus terminal in the other side of İstanbul. When concert was over, mum called me. I went where she was and.. ta-ta-ta-tam!! She met a lady in the same park. She also was waiting for her son who were in the same concert. They started to talk and she offered to take us to the bus terminal by car!! :D

So, they took us to the bus terminal at midnight. We could find the LAST bus. It was to Ankara.

HOW LUCKY WE WERE!!! :D

So, we went to Ankara and then to home...

I don't believe in miracles;

but now..

I can give them a second chance..

PS: I'm so happy to write off one more substance on my "to do list" which you can see right below ;)
